Hey guys,
Just wanted to add a quick update about a little something that has been making my life a bit easier. So I started waist training. I got a waist trainer like the trainers on this site => www.healthster.co.uk/waist-trainers/ and so far I have seem some OK results. I know that these things sometimes get bad press but I think the people that hurt themselves using them have them way too tight!
So anyway that's all guys. Just wanted to put that out there :-)
